Wonderful versatile hand weights.
As soon as I obtained this set I threw out all of my different dumbbells as a result of I can simply change the load. I truly a second set in order that I can add extra weight with out shopping for any new gear. The weights are straightforward to take off / add. The grip dimension is sweet – no challenge with selecting them up. Tremendous efficient.
