Thanks, and good morning, everybody. And thanks for becoming a member of us right here for our This fall presentation. I am Jens Mathiesen. I am the CEO of Scandic. And as normal, I am right here along with our CFO, Par Christiansen. So let’s dive into the highlights.

We delivered good natural progress and a stable consequence with revenues and profitability enhancing in all segments besides Finland. Occupancy elevated throughout the Nordic markets with Norway remaining at stable ranges, in keeping with final yr.
