PARK CITY – There’s one nice second in NB Mager’s “Run Amok.” A scene that’s each horrifying and emotionally gut-wrenching on a number of ranges. It’s a sequence that hints at what this 2026 Sundance World Premiere dramedy may have been. The truth that the remainder of the movie can’t maintain these heights isn’t essentially a nasty factor. Contemplating the subject material, it’s arguably admirable.
