Noah Beck is mourning the lack of his co-star James Van Der Beek.
The 24-year-old budding actor and the late star performed father and son within the Tubi films Sidelined: The QB & Me and Sidelined 2: Interceptedthe latter of which premiered this previous November.
Following James‘ tragic passing on Wednesday (February 11), Noah took to his Instagram Story to pay tribute to his late co-star and mentor.

“man, this one hurts. james u have been the most effective. so variety, so caring, so considerate, so gifted, nice father, and simply an absolute inspiration of a human being,” Noah wrote. “i really feel so extremely fortunate to have met u and share the display with u as my father. u have been the most effective mentor i may ask for…”
“my ideas are w u and ur household… fly excessive JVB,” he added.
With one other picture of them on set of the sequel, Noah shared, “bye for now.”
