Meals influencer Ben Wooden has sadly handed away. He was 43.
In keeping with the New Haven Registerthe social media character, his spouse, Maria Jose “Pepa” Duarteand his father, Norman Wooden, had been strolling alongside the seashore on Monday once they noticed a younger girl struggling within the sea off Algarrobo, Chile. All of them rushed into the water with the lady’s associate to attempt to save her from drowning. Tragically, Ben, Maria, and Norman acquired swept out to sea and didn’t make it. All of them drowned, together with the lady. Her associate reportedly survived after being rescued. How heartbreaking.

For individuals who don’t know, Ben was a well-liked meals vlogger from Connecticut who lived in Chile and shared movies of himself attempting out the native eats. His daughter took to Instagram to share a message with followers after his and Maria’s deaths, saying:
“My dad and mom had an awesome love for his or her work, their lives, and their ardour. And now, look mother! Look dad!
