Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– What is your full name?
– Do you work or study? Where?
– Did you play jigsaw or puzzle games when you were a child? What kind?
– Do you find word puzzles easier than number puzzles? Why?
– Do you think solving puzzles or crosswords is useful for elderly people?
– Do you believe working hard is the best way to succeed? Why or why not?
– How often do you check the weather forecast?
– Do you think weather forecasts are usually accurate?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe an English lesson that you enjoyed. You should say:
– where the class was held
– who the teacher was
– what you did during the class
and explain why you enjoyed this lesson.
Follow-up question: Did your classmates enjoy the class as well?
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Why do people choose to learn foreign languages?
– Why do many employers prefer hiring multilingual workers nowadays?
