Jada Pinkett Smith Combating $3 Million Demand From Will Smith’s Ex-Pal

Jada Pinkett Smith is firing again in courtroom on the man who claims she threatened him over Will Smith … TMZ has realized.

Jada filed courtroom docs demanding the lawsuit — which is asking for $3 million in damages — introduced by Whats up Bilal be thrown out. The actress asserts that Bilaal’s case is nonsense.

The “Women Journey” star stated all of Bilaal’s claims have been “false, uncorroborated and made to generate consideration as a part of an ongoing public marketing campaign of harassment directed at” her and her household.

Jada stated Bilaal’s lawsuit seeks to punish her for her “constitutionally protected speech on a matter of intense public curiosity about her household.”

As TMZ beforehand reported, Bilaal sued Jada in November 2025 for intentional infliction of emotional misery. In his swimsuit, the person claimed he had been a detailed buddy of Will for 40 years.

Bilaal claimed Jada approached him in September 2021 at a party, the place she threatened him, saying if he continued “telling her private enterprise,” that he would find yourself “lacking or catch a bullet.” He alleged Jada demanded he signal a non-disclosure settlement so he could not speak about these threats.

In his swimsuit, he claimed the drama began after he refused to assist Will with “disaster administration” for Will after he slapped presenter Chris Rock on the Oscars.
