IndiGo Information Stay Updates: CEO Pieter Elbers resigns months after operational meltdown, Rahul Bhatia takes cost


IndiGo Information Stay Updates: IndiGo’s Chief Govt Officer (CEO) Pieter Elbers resigned from his place on 10 March, citing “private causes.” His resignation comes three months after the operational meltdown, throughout which IndiGo witnessed widespread flight cancellations throughout India. Between December 3 and 5, almost 2,500 flights have been cancelled, and 100 others have been delayed, affecting roughly 300,000 passengers.

Following Elbers’ resignation, who joined the corporate again in September 2022, IndiGo’s co-founder, Rahul Bhatiais now again within the highlight, with him taking cost as interim CEO. Bhatia, in an inner word to the workers, expressed gratitude and vowed to repair the mess.
