Synopsis: In Miami, the chief of a drug enforcement unit is murdered, casting suspicion on her group members. Lieutenant Dane Dumars (Matt Damon) is her second-in-command, and he receives a tip about cartel cash stashed in a protected home. He leads the unit on a raid, and after getting previous the house occupant Desi (Sasha Calle), they uncover $20 million stashed within the attic. Dane and Detective Sergeant J.D. Byrne (Ben Affleck) have to assist the group resist temptation whereas improvising a plan to guard and transport the cash, guarding in opposition to one another, and getting ready for an incoming assault.
What Does Not Work As Nicely: The makes an attempt at character constructing (Dane misplaced a son to most cancers, J.D. was handed over for a promotion) are skimpy sufficient to be ineffective.
