What Works Properly: This laid again romance is unfailingly nice, good natured, and healthful. The Italian countryside surroundings is in fact picturesque and populated by quirky locals.

What Does Not Work As Properly: Not far faraway from a Hallmark film written by AI, the mind-numbing predictability is beset by cultural stereotypes, plastic dialogue (together with remarkably unconvincing father-daughter dynamics), a give up to coincidences, and cringey moments of contrived cuteness. A television-level forged doesn’t assist.

Key Quote:

Eric (surveying a derelict villa): The €1 price ticket is smart now.

Francesca: For €1 you anticipate the Sistine Chapel?
