New Delhi, Feb 12 (PTI) Adani Energy on Thursday stated it has included an entirely owned subsidiary Adani Atomic Power Ltd (AAEL) to generate, transmit, and distribute electrical energy derived from nuclear or atomic vitality.
AAEL has been included with an authorised capital of ₹5,00,000 divided into 50,000 fairness shares of ₹10 every, a regulatory submitting stated. Adani Energy holds 100 per cent shareholding in AAEL.
AAEL was included in India on February 11, 2026 and it has acquired the Certificates of Incorporation from the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Corporations, on February 11, it stated.
Adani Atomic Power Ltd is an entirely owned subsidiary of the corporate and, therefore is a associated celebration of the corporate, it added.
